Toxicological Studies

As part of our toxicity studies, we offer a decongestion assay to assess the effects of substances on cellular structures. Using Flow cytometry (FACS), we analyze changes in cell size, which can be indicative of cellular stress, swelling, or damage. This assay is useful for evaluating how a test compound may influence cellular integrity, inflammation or other toxicity related processes.

Our Cytotoxicity Assay evaluates the potential toxicity of substances/formulations by measuring their effects on cell viability. This test helps identify whether a compound can harm cells, making it an essential tool for ensuring the safety and compatibility of new products in pharmaceuticals, medical devices and cosmetics.

The Hemolysis Assay determines the potential of substances to damage red blood cells. This assay is crucial for determining the biocompatibility of materials, ensuring that they do not cause adverse reactions in the bloodstream. It is widely used in the development of pharmaceuticals that have direct or indirect blood contact.
